PolicyPing is a SaaS platform purpose-built for insurance intermediaries (brokers, agents, MGA firms) licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NIC) of Ghana. It replaces the combination of Excel spreadsheets, manual WhatsApp messages, and paper-based premium calculations that most Ghana brokers currently rely on.

- **NIC-tariff quotation engine** — Calculates insurance premiums using Ghana NIC-approved tariff rates. Supported products: Assets All Risks (AAR), Motor Comprehensive, Motor TPFT, Motor Third Party Only, Fidelity Guarantee, Money Insurance, Public Liability, Bonds & Surety. Produces both client-facing and underwriter quotation sheets. Available on all plans.
- **Ping AI assistant** — A conversational AI agent available on web and WhatsApp. Calculates premiums, retrieves saved quotes, and answers insurance questions using NIC tariff data. Available on all plans.
- **Automated WhatsApp renewal reminders** — Sends reminder messages to clients at 60, 30, 14, 7, 1, and 0 days before policy expiry. Brokers configure schedule and message templates. Available on Starter, Pro, Agency plans.
- **Policy portfolio management** — Upload policies via Excel or add individually. Track active, expiring, and lapsed policies across all classes. Available on all plans.
- **Client management** — Client profiles with linked policies, quote history, and statement of accounts. Available on Starter, Pro, Agency plans.
- **Commission tracking** — Record broker commissions per policy, track insurer payments, view outstanding balances, generate settlement reports. Available on Pro, Agency plans.
