Who We Are

PolicyPing is an insurance technology company registered and operating in Ghana. We build software tools that help insurance professionals — brokers, agents, and underwriters — run more efficient, compliant, and client-focused operations.

Our flagship product, PolicyPing, is a full insurance operations platform designed specifically for the Ghanaian insurance market, operating within Ghana's insurance regulatory framework.

What We Do

PolicyPing gives insurance brokers and agencies a single platform to manage every part of their business:

  • Policy management — upload, track, and manage client policies across all classes of business
  • Automated WhatsApp renewal reminders — sent from the broker's own number at 60, 30, 14, 7, 1 and 0 days to expiry
  • Premium quotations — for Motor, Assets All Risks, Group Life, Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability, Bonds, Fidelity Guarantee, Money Insurance, and more
  • Client CRM, claims tracking, commission management, and operations pipeline
  • Ping — an AI assistant that lets brokers generate quotes, look up clients, and manage their book via WhatsApp or the dashboard

Why We Built It

Most insurance brokers in Ghana manage their entire book across spreadsheets, notebooks, and manual follow-up calls. Policies lapse because reminders are forgotten. Premiums are calculated slowly against paper rate tables. Commission records live only in someone's head.

PolicyPing was built to change that — to give every broker, from a solo agent to a full agency, the tools that were previously only available to the largest firms. We are building the operating system for insurance in Ghana.
